Weight restrictions: 50 lbs. but no more than 250 lbs.Customers are weighed on site. If you are outside the limits there is NO Refund.
Guests should be prepared for some light physical activity.
Customers with serious neck, back, joint injuries, or chronic heart problems should use their own discretion about their capabilities to safely participate in this activity.
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that anyone who has had recent surgery, especially on ankles, knees or their back, should not participate in this tour.
Not recommended/ permitted for pregnant women.
There is no smoking, alcohol, or drug use permitted at any time prior to, or throughout, the zip line runs.
Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs and walk a short distance over uneven terrain.
Must have closed-toed shoes with a heel strap (NO HIGH HEELS). Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. Athletic or hiking shoes are required. NO Teva’s, Keene’s, Crocs, Skeletoes or Sketcher Shapers allowed on the course.

Guides required to regularly wash hands
COVID-19 PROCEDURES: Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized between each tour. Please fill out your waiver online in advance! one waiver per participant. Masks are required in our office and during equipment set up. If you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms, please do not come to participate.

My daughter and husband went on the 7 tower zip line and had a fantastic time. It was the highlight of my daughter's trip to Maui this year. She absolutely loved it. She is 9 years old. From platform 6 and 7 they were allowed to do anything they wanted to. She went upside down and thought that was the best. They provided a drink and snack half way through and again at the end of the tour. It was in the jungle and rained on them while they were doing it and didn't seem to mind a bit since they were having so much fun. We will definitely do this again on our next trip.

This was 7 line tour with Adam and Rachael. My two daughters love zip lining .They went alone since I was not able to go with them due to medical reason but the lady in office was nice and I paid only $10 and was able to go with them to Jungle and walk from one station to another one so I can see my kids and take pictures and video them..Both Adam and Rachael very professional and kind.They also provided water and snack between the zip line station and after the tour.I would highly recommended this place.
