Led by expert guides, this inner-canyon hiking tour covers 1.5 miles down to Cedar Ridge and back, totaling 3 miles round-trip. Known for its sweeping vistas, the historic ridgeline trail offers some of the most scenic views in the canyon and is a favorite among hikers.

Perfect for adventure seekers and faith enthusiasts alike, this hike requires a minimum of 2 participants. Experience the Grand Canyon like never before—through the lens of God’s Word!

What To Expect

Grand Canyon Visitor Center South Rim

Meet your guide in the park at tour start time at the Grand Canyon Visitor Center flag pole for orientation and a short shuttle ride to the trailhead.

South Kaibab Trail

Hike down the famous South Kaibab Trail with your guide as you stop along the way to learn about the various features of Grand Canyon geology while learning about biblical creation and evidence for the global Flood recorded in the book of Genesis.

Grand Canyon Visitor Center South Rim

Return with you guide back to the Grand Canyon Visitor Center for the conclusion of your tour.

We met our guide, Eddy right on time... got a really great book/guide and an overview of what we'd do and learn and set off down the trail after a short shuttle ride. Eddy gave us so much info and all in the context of what we were seeing or experiencing which made it unforgettable. He was very prepared (even had some pictures and diagrams in his backpack) but not so scripted that we couldn't interrupt with questions which he'd answer completely. The trip back up after getting to Cedar Ridge overlook was a challenge but he took his time and was very encouraging. Everyone should do this trip at least once. It'll put your faith into perspective and make you all excited about the creation story again! We've signed up for more adventures and we're really looking forward to our next trip and what we'll learn.

I loved the tour! Bryce was very friendly and I made several stops and he explained to us in a simple and informative way data about the great canon. I really liked the communication they had with me and that they were patient and kind because I got tired very often on the tour. I highly recommend this tour. It's a shame it's not in Spanish but I hope in the future they can have a person who speaks the language.
