3-stars because of the overall lack of communication from my trip coordinator, Vanessa. The driver and the limo ride itself was great, but some pre-communication details made this absolutely not worth what was spent for it.
Over the course of months between booking this service and our actual wine tour date, I emailed many times with Vanessa to work on creating the itinerary of wineries and verify limo details/questions (like what we can bring on, etc.). I had decided on an itinerary early on which she confirmed, but after more planning & research I later mapped out a new itinerary which worked and she again confirmed. The day of the tour it was discovered that THE DRIVER WAS PROVIDED THE OLD ITINERARY, NOT THE NEW ONE. Had I not been eagerly watching my map in the limo to see where weād be turning into our first winery, I wouldnāt have seen the second that he passed the road - I immediately stopped him to make sure he knew where he was going and he was confused, referencing his itinerary which I said was the old one! I then had to direct him to the winery myself because his GPS wasnāt working, and we were rushed & almost late to our tasting reservation which wouldāve literally forfeited almost $500. I sent him the new itinerary myself and the rest of the day went smoothly, but it couldāve started as a disaster.
Other communication problems were getting no responses from Vanessa and Iād have to follow-up days later with another email to get a response, or asking a few questions in one email and only getting answers to some - so I then would have to ask again, or being told Iād be emailed something and not receive it when I was told (āby the end of the dayā - two different times!).
Again, the limo driver was nice and the experience was obviously more fun than an SUV or shuttle, but I would recommend extreme communication/confirmation every step of the way if you book this company.

I need to apologize to you about the itinerary mix up. I'm solely responsible for having the drivers with the proper itinerary. Vanessa updated the last changes to the itinerary, but I failed to catch the update that was sent to me.
I do appreciate your review and the feedback. We are, and always will be a customer centric organization. As you noticed with the driver, we all pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience possible. Especially if its within our control!
Since your comments, I have analyzed, strategized, and prioritized, different measures to ensure that our clients know, and feel that we are with them from the profile lookup/booking to their desired drop-off location.
Once again, I deeply apologize for the bad instruction that was given to the driver. If you ever need / use our service again, I'll incorporate something special for you.
