Reservation was canceled by the company and then denied to give me a refund. No one answers phone calls or emails. Lousy operation that I would recommend staying away from.

If I could rate below zero I would. On July 17th I bought tickets for this tour and called the # and also emailed to book my reservation for 7/18 at 11AM. I received a confirmation email. Showed up at 10:45AM on 7/18 to pier 36 and the cruise never showed up. I called and they said it was cancelled and that they communicated that with everyone however myself and the other 3 groups of people waiting to get on that cruise were there…waiting because we never received anything telling us it was canceled. I was only in NYC for that day and could not reschedule. They told me to email them for a refund. It’s been 3 days and I have yet to hear back or get my money back. THIS IS A SCAM! They are stealing your money and not providing service and then when you attempt to contact there’s no way to get to them.

We absolutely operate sightseeing boats. Very rarely there are computer errors and booking come through at times the boat is not scheduled to operate. This is what happened here. We would love to accommodate you in the future.

No idea whats happening from their side , they didnt treat us as a guest but as a somebody they dont want to deal with even thought we paid the price.
