BIGGEST SCAM EVER! They sold us a 12pm tour. When we arrived the attendant looked puzzled as they don’t have a 12 PM tour but rather a 1 PM. We waited an hour only to be told that they didn’t have enough people for the tour and cancelled our tour. I requested a refund which they denied. Thieves!

If you haven't been to New York yet you're missing out a lot on sightseeing, the landmarks are fascinating, the statue of liberty is really an iconic monument to set eyes on, this was a trip of a life time

I booked this trip after researching awhile. I chose this one because it stated 15 MAX!! We wanted a smaller boat, not one with 450 people fighting for window seats and a view. When we got to Pier 15, nit only was the time in your website incorrect, so was the size of the boat and lack of WiFi. The ad on TripAdvisor for this trip is completely wrong! The boat held 450! No WIFI! Wrong time! The woman who took our tickets said it was incorrect and had never seen a boat for 15. We showed her the ad on your site and she was shocked. She said it was all wrong. If you want to fight for a view along with hundreds of others pushing to snap the best selfie, then it’s great. If not, stay away!! It wouldn’t let me give it 0 for false advertising!!

We are sorry you misunderstood the 15 max per reservation not for the boat. You pad $15.99 per passenger as a limited special price for a 60 minute cruise with a retail price of $35. A private 15 passenger boat for 60 minutes starts at $1500 for the boat and the pier fees for docking fluctuate. I apologize you misread the description of 15 passenger maximum per reservation.
