Unfortunately, this one fell short for us. Having been on many zip line adventures across many countries, this one ranked dead last amongst our group. One of the staff members was very friendly, while the other two seemed like they just didn't want to be there at all. We had many ruined articles of clothing ruined from shackles leaking rust all over us and the other customers...without warning or apology. There were 7 runs, as advertised, but the first two (at least) were pretty ridiculous. Low and slow and that is only good for smoking meat in Texas. We still tipped quite graciously as we felt shamed into it and the photos were an absolute joke. Blurry, one station as the girl didn't want to get wet, etc. I feel misguided by previous ratings and reviews on this one unless something drastic has changed in the last few months. I don't know if I've ever marked an excursion as something I would not recommend...but I just can't recommend this one to others, unfortunately. Did I mention it took us nearly two hours to do seven runs? Ya, that too....very disorganized and no sights during the runs other than rainbows I'm pretty sure the staff didn't organize. LOL
