Guests must wear closed-toed shoes. Closed toed shoes are available free-of-charge on request
Participants must be minimum five years of age and weigh between 40 and 270 lbs (19 kilograms and 122 kilograms)
Minors must have a parent or guardian sign their participation agreement
Expectant mothers or those with back or neck problems are not permitted on the ziplines
CHECK-IN IS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

The zipline course was decent but the lady that checked us in was very rude and a complete Karen! The way she handeled herself made for a very bad start!

At best, was an average zip line experience. Have been on multiple zip line tours and this was very simple with no thrills. Overpriced. Was a very clean and nice facility but very short rides.
