When we went to Maui, we wanted to try ziplining but had a kid who was 6 years old. All other ziplines were for kids 8 yrs and above. So, we ended up trying this one. Our family went there today and had an absolutely wonderful time. AJ and "Frodo" were incredibly nice and very funny and made the whole experience very memorable. I was apprehensive in the beginning and they eased me in. By the 3rd zipline, I was enjoying it. They also took time after the tour (we were the last group for the day) to answer questions about what they recommended around Maui, places to eat, things to do, etc. and spent over 15 mins talking to us, which was above and beyond what they had to do. Thanks, AJ and "Frodo" (sorry it's not his real name but he was wearing a helmet bearing the name). You are the best!

I'm very scared of heights but thought why not? I'm in Maui! But I started getting cold feet the moment I had to climb the first ladder. But our guides put me at ease and just provided the best time. The guys at Northshore are so funny and fun and we really had the best time. Thank you for helping me get over my fear. Ziplining was exhilarating and if I can do it anyone can :)

On a family vacation in Maui was looking to do a little fun adventure with my 8 yr old son. After looking at the many different zipline options, we selected NorthShore. First is the wonderfully positive experience with the person who took the reservation. The facility was not open in the morning when I called, but the phone was answered by an employee who has the company phone forwarded to her personal phone. She took the reservation without issue and set the time for an early afternoon trip. My son and I arrived to a well maintained and clean facility. FYI....it can be a bit of a challenge to find and GPS is recommended. The staff were very friendly and safety conscious. As a former firefighter, I can honestly say they understand safety. All gear was well maintained and in good working order. Every tie-off was solid. For the two staff members for our trip, Jacob and Julie, thank you very much! Jacob made sure everything was fun, safe, and entertaining. Julie was amazing! As the hook-up person, can't say enough about her friendly manner, keeping everyone safe, watching tie-off's, working with each person. (Hey Juile---two more hugs to you!) My 8 yr old had a fantastic time. Was not sure about the heights with him. Jacob and Julie worked with him and by the second line he was perfectly comfortable. To the point of hanging upside down. Thank you to everyone at NorthShore! Wonderful experience that my son will never forget. Thanks, John
