Driver was very knowledgeable about the history of Boston, he explained in details every stop that we’ve passed by. The trolley was clean and comfortable for the 80min tour.

Michael from City View went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic trip. We had some special needs, and honestly—we were just two people out of the many passengers who take the tours every day—he treated us as though we were the most important clients ever, including being available through text. Also my friend is a trolley driver/narrator in Provincetown, and she thought that Kim did an amazing job—lots of professional admiration there.

We had a fabulous tour guide who said he'd been giving tours for 10 years. He was quite entertaining and knowledgeable!! I learned a ton.
