Walking tour takes place before the museum entry and is approximately 2 hours. If you chose the 9/11 Museum option the average museum visit takes approximately 1.5 to 2 additional hours, depending on your pace. Please plan your schedule accordingly.

Tour starts at St. Paul's Chapel. It played a significant role in the aftermath of the September 11th attacks.

FDNY Memorial Wall

See the Bronze Memorial, dedicated to the FDNY firefighters who were lost on September 11th.

The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum

Learn the significance and symbolic design of the 9/11 Memorial from your guide, then spend some time reflecting near the pools. Entrance to the 9/11 Memorial is included for all visitors; if you opted to include a 9/11 Museum admission ticket, you can visit after the walking tour. Museum visits are self guided; plan around two hours to take in all the exhibitions.

The Oculus

Part of the reconstruction of the World Trade Center, the Oculus is an ultra-modern transportation hub and shopping mall with a space-age feel. Learn about its symbolism and design from your guide.

Brookfield Place

Visit the Winter Garden and the North Cove Marina to take photos of the World Trade Center from another angle and hear stories about the evacuation efforts on the Hudson River on 9/11.

American Express 11 Tears Memorial

Inside the American Express Building, see the striking memorial constructed by American Express in memory of their employees who were lost on September 11th 2001.

We had a very interesting guy called Jim who was very knowledgeable and told us lots of interesting facts. He spoke about the new memorial’s and spoke about one of the firer fighters with the surname Beddian. He told us that people who have Beddian birthdays are very lucky. We asked what’s a Beddian birthday he said it’s the year you were born plus the age. It turned out my friend and I were born in 1961 and we are both 61. He was blown away by us. Said that has never happened to me before. Then he wished us a happy Beddian birthday. I would definitely recommend Jim.

The tour did not happen, I am a tourist from Florida, I came to the St-paul Chapel and I was told to go sit outside to wait, I spent a good 15 mns with no sign of the tour guide. The security sent me to another church on Rector Rd to find out later that was wrong. My family and I got very upset and went back to our original stay. We contacted the place the next day for a possible refund the guy was wood and blame me for not calling him the same day.

Hi and thanks for taking the time to share your experience, and I'm sorry you didn't feel it was a good one. The tour operated on time and as scheduled but you never checked in with the guide. They report this to the office at the start of each tour. Unfortunately, the security guards at the chapel are not employees of our company, they try to be helpful but we are not responsible for any information or directions that they provide to you. Our contact information is listed on your voucher, our office was open, our phones were staffed and we were ready to help you. No one blamed you, but I think its fair to ask why you didn't call us so we could help you find the guide and participate in the tour. I'm sorry your refund was denied but we operated the tour, we held your reservation and were prepared for you to participate as scheduled but we weren't given the chance to help you find the guide and take the tour as planned.
