What To Expect
1
St. Paul's Chapel
We will start the tour at St. Paul's Chapel, New York Cityā€™s oldest public building still in continuous use. Just one block away from the 9/11 attacks, it miraculously survived the falling building and debris. St. Paulā€™s Chapel served as a makeshift rescue center during the aftermath. Its iron fence became a bulletin board where family members posted notices of their missing loved ones. Today, with the mementos received from people around the world supporting New York City, the church serves as both a landmark and a tribute.
2
The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum
You'll enter the 9/11 Memorial, where you can pay your respects to those who lost their lives in the World Trade Center. Take a moment at Michael Aradā€™s ā€œReflecting Absence,ā€ a man-made waterfall that symbolizes the void left behind by tragedy. Learn how the names of the nearly 3,000 victims were placed around the waterfall next to their friends, family members, and colleagues. See the new Freedom Tower and World Trade Center rise from the ground.
3
The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum
For those with 9/11 Museum option selected, you will be provided with special timed entry tickets to minimize wait times. Museum entry time will be based on availability. Our guides will give you a preview of the museum and what to expect so you can plan accordingly, and still have time to see other sights important to you. The Museum visit will be unguided, so feel free to enjoy it at your leisure.

Tour guide Ray was excellent. He provided a good overview of the events of the day and provided personal insights and experiences as he watched the attack. I liked that his comments were relevant to those who remembered the days unfold and to those that had not yet been born. Good job of creating visual imagery and sharing impacts on family and friends.

Our tour guide, Michael Cohen was superb in his knowledge of the subject and how he looked after the group we were in. The pace of the tour was perfect and you could tell how much the subject matter meant to Michael. Even though we all know what happened that day there were still a lot Michael told us that we didn't know. Should we ever visit New York again I would want Michael as a tour guide

Tim was our tour guide for a tour of the 9/11 ground zero memorial and the surrounding areas where the catastrophe took place. Tim was approachable, knowledgeable, funny and professional. It was a strangely somber yet great day out thanks to Tim. Iā€™d wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a 9/11 tour whilst in NYC
