What To Expect
1
St. Paul's Chapel
We will start the tour at St. Paul's Chapel, New York Cityā€™s oldest public building still in continuous use. Just one block away from the 9/11 attacks, it miraculously survived the falling building and debris. St. Paulā€™s Chapel served as a makeshift rescue center during the aftermath. Its iron fence became a bulletin board where family members posted notices of their missing loved ones. Today, with the mementos received from people around the world supporting New York City, the church serves as both a landmark and a tribute.
2
The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum
You'll enter the 9/11 Memorial, where you can pay your respects to those who lost their lives in the World Trade Center. Take a moment at Michael Aradā€™s ā€œReflecting Absence,ā€ a man-made waterfall that symbolizes the void left behind by tragedy. Learn how the names of the nearly 3,000 victims were placed around the waterfall next to their friends, family members, and colleagues. See the new Freedom Tower and World Trade Center rise from the ground.
3
The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum
For those with 9/11 Museum option selected, you will be provided with special timed entry tickets to minimize wait times. Museum entry time will be based on availability. Our guides will give you a preview of the museum and what to expect so you can plan accordingly, and still have time to see other sights important to you. The Museum visit will be unguided, so feel free to enjoy it at your leisure.

My wife and I have been to the 9/11 Memorial Pools several times in the past and did general research on the Internet regarding Ground Zero, but this was vastly different. Hearing from Jon White, our tour guide and survivor of those fateful events on 9/11/2001 made the experience palpable and necessary. Jon was there. Literally there as the towers went down, literally there heading in to work that very morning, taking in the toxic fumes and the horror that we had only seen on television too many times. His first-hand survival accounts were wonderfully hopeful as he kept reminding our group that life flourishes and moves forward even in the worst of circumstances. The man was an encyclopedia of important, noteworthy facts not only about the new tower and the surrounding facilities but the significance behind every meticulous detail of the memorial site. He paid special attention to providing us with vital historical and social context, all which made the transition into the 9/11 Museum even more tangible and meaningful. I highly recommend experiencing this tour and especially through the eyes of our tour guide, Jon White.

Mike was fantastic. His account from a 15 year old child was chilling (my son is sane age), his informative and compassionate way to Express this tour was fantastic, he made it come alive but respected every aspect of the experience. Thank you so much Mike, highly recommend this tour

Nathalie, our guide did an outstanding job of explaining the events of 9/11. She added her own personal experience which brought realism to the experience. Nathalie knew her facts and was pleasant and informative. It is clear she loves explaining the events and guiding tourists through the horrific events of September 11, 2001.
