The Ground Zero Tour led by SƩan was an outstanding experience. In 2019 we did just the museum tour, however, doing this tour prior to our museum visit this year (2025) made the experience complete. SƩan was not only extremely articulate and accurate in his details/accounts of 9/11, but his own presence in NYC that morning brought incredible insight that painted a beautiful tribute to all that were impacted that day. I highly recommend the Ground Zero Tour for perspective. Make sure to request SƩan for a tour you won't forget!

Really enjoyed the tour of the 9/11 memorial and ground zero, and hearing about the events first hand from our tour guide Paul Kelly. He was a great tour guide, very informative and told the story of the events that happened that day really well. Highly recommend Paul.

Jim Quinn was an outstanding tour guide! His stories of personal experiences of September 11, 2001 gave our group such a touching perspective of New York City that tragic morning. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area :)
