FREE ENTRY TICKETS are available for the Monday afternoon time slot from 5:30pm to 7pm every Monday. Simply log onto 911memorial.org from 7am on the Monday morning of your intended visit and book your free tickets. We also arrived early (around 5pm) and were able to enter. When locking in the free tix, they also give you the option of a donation, which I strongly recommend. We did the ground zero tour with the Tribute Museum, pre-COVID, and that organisation, supported and staffed by 9/11 first responders, is no longer in operation. An absolute travesty, and I can’t believe it was allowed to fail.

From ordering the tickets online to getting to the Museum/Memorial, to the organized entry, everything couldn't have gone smoother. And the Museum itself is amazing. I've been there before, but this was the first time for my adult niece and her boyfriend. It was a very moving, enlightening, experience. You are doing a wonderful job! Carol Deer
