We booked this tour weeks before our trip to NYC. When we showed up at the meeting place, we quickly realized that the tour was nothing like what we paid for. The itinerary was different from what was advertised. The tour is operated by an 3rd party vendor, attractions4us LLC. The POC told us there was not enough time do 9/11 Memorial & tour Liberty island, so we had to pick which tour we wanted to take. I requested a partial refund and was told one would not be given if we took the tour. Given the stark difference from what was paid for, we refused to go on the tour and requested a refund. To make matters worse, I was told that this is a normal issue with this particular tour. I would not recommend this tour to anyone based on our experience.

Our guide Leanne was the best. She shared so much knowledge in a passionate and animated way. We felt like we had read several books when done. We fully enjoyed this excursion. Thank you Leanne!

Company did not take us on the tour we paid for. Had no guide available apparently. Took us on a much cheaper unescorted tour. Did not refund adequate amount to compensate. RIP OFF, SLY COMPANY. Do not use!
