The information for this tour was completely misleading and inaccurate. Though our tour guide was lovely and full of historical information, we were not taken to battery Park or the NY Stock Exchange as promised. The walking tour was only 60 minutes long and then we were told we had to find our way to the pier for the cruise. We had to take a $20 Lyft, ride to the pier and we had a 3 hour wait for our timeslot. Overall very expensive for what we got and the description was entirely wrong. Had to make a long distance call just to get the vouchers for the boat. So disappointed.

The hospitality on this tour was lackluster at best. As a tourist unfamiliAr with the area, the man who checked us in was rude and unhelpful and told me not to ask questions. The your guide left us at the statue of Liberty. I paid for a tour guide for a reason. And he asked for a tip!

They charged for the 9/11 Memorial, the Statue of Liberty, and the Ellis Island Tour. We only got to go to Statue of liberty and Ellis Island with no tour guy as promised. The tour guy left us at Statue of liberty and even advised us to head straight to Battery park NY from SOL and even skip Ellis Island since its not worth it. We went to Ellis Island by ourselves and came back to battery park NY. We had no tickets for admission for 9/11 Memorial. We were left alone instead of paying for guided tour.
