Awesome pub tour! Our guide, the notorious, pirate Anne Bonny (famous for distracting her opponents by fighting topless) was funny, talented and extremely educated on not only St. Augustine history but also US history. We started the tour with a complimentary draft at the first pub which was great, considering the tour only costs $15! The rest of the tour you pay for your own drinks, which are extremely affordable and varied (I had blueberries in one draft and another one tasted like oranges. I had a delicious sangria at the last pub. Yes, I like girly drinks!) Our guide was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. She answered every question, no matter how bizarre in detail, it was amazing how much she knew. She customized the tour, since we were all adults and even sang an adult pirate song. Yes she was very nice up until the end when she used gun powder to shoot off her vintage gun, twice. (I have that video on my phone.) This was a really good time. I've been recommending it to all my friends. For the price of a movie you can have hours of knowledge and enjoyment. Then after when you are good and tipsy (I was) you're in St Augustine so you can walk over to one of the great restaurants to eat or return to one of the pubs you visited. I live close and this was a great way to learn of new places to eat and get recommendations from the tour guide. If you have a question just ask them. My only tip is to bring cash. The servers all greeted and served a quickly so you have plenty of time to sip you drink and listen to all the stories. They processed my credit card quickly too but it would have been easier with cash. Also you need cash to tip your guide at the end (luckily Mike took care of that for me because I forgot to get cash for that.) Have fun and enjoy the tour! ~Trina Marleese Parham

We participated in the Beer Experience Tour on Friday night, and it was amazing. The first stop was definitely my favorite - the brew master came out and told us all about all the beers we were trying! So much great information. Mia was an amazing tour guide - incredibly knowledgeable and VERY fun. It was such a great way to try different kinds of beers that I would never have tried - and learn a little bit about the Beer Culture in St. Augustine. Thanks Mia!!

All us girls got together to blow off a little steam and let our hair down in St Augustine, and we chose to do the Pirate's Pub Crawl Tour! What fantastic fun we had as Anne the "pirate" tour guide lavished us with story after story of pirates, history and tales of lore. We stopped at I think 4 pubs and had a drink at each one while Anne told us another tale. It was a wonderful night and with Anne's sense of humor we all had a blast!! Anne was so incredibly knowledgeable of the time period and things that occurred then, that I cannot wait to take my husband on this same tour, as I know he will LOVE it! Mia was wonderfully accommodating as I had arrived late!
