Our 6:30pm tour was cancelled without notification. We had made the mistake of not reading other reviews until after we'd booked our trip, and apparently others have had a similar experience. When I called the office to find out why no one was at the company's booth at the marina 20 minutes before the tour, I was told that "Connie should have called you to let you know it was cancelled," but we had not received either a call or email. Hopefully we will get our money back, but we haven't yet received the refund. Fortunately, "The Original Dolphin Tour" is next door and they had a tour leaving at 7:00pm for only $20 per person, and we went on that and had a great time.

Our trip was amazing !! We saw 10+ dolphins and our guide HARLEY was amazing !! He caught live stingrays, jellyfish, and a snail to present to us . I actually got snipped by a blue crab lol .Harley even gave me a birthday shoutout !! This tour is worth every penny !! Thank you so much !!!!!!
