A group of 4 of us booked a tour from this company through TripAdvisor. There were times available for the same date later on in the evening, so that's what we booked. Our arrival time was 20 mins before the tour, and we arrived earlier than that. When we went to check in, we were told that the tour was canceled. Come to find out, they didn't even have our booking yet and told us it could take 24 hours to process the booking, which begs to ask why in the world would they make the bookings available for the same day. The customer service was not good. We asked for a refund and went to Breakaway Cruises for their Dolphin tour, which was amazing and located in the same parking lot. You may have a better experience, but I wouldn't risk it.

We loved seeing different types of marine life up close and being able to ask questions and even hold them. Also the dolphins swimming alongside the boat easily keeping up with us, and seeing the babies.

We saw so many dolphins! They are amazing! The crew, David (?), And Harley were very friendly and informative. I'd go again, for sure!
