90 Minute Hilton Head Dolphin Tour

Overview

Come explore the low country on a 90 minute dolphin tour with Island Head. We depart from Broad Creek Marina in the center of Hilton Head Island. We explore the beautiful water way of Broad Creek a rich eco system of wildlife including the famous bottle nose dolphin, a variety of birds, and so much more. We will also explore the Calibogue Sound where we will see from the water the famous Harbour Town Lighthouse, Daufuskie Island, Buck Island, Bull Island, and see Hilton Head Island from the water. Depending on the time of day and tides the captain will take the boat to the best spot off of these locations to increase our chances to find some wildlife.

Enjoy a smooth ride aboard our comfortable custom tour boat. There are many different routes for our USCG captain to choose from based on the conditions. This is a great was to get up close with nature in the low country.

What To Expect

Harbour Town Lighthouse and Museum

We pass by the famous Harbour Town lighthouse. Take in the sights of Harbour Town from the Calibogue Sound.

Daufuskie Island

We will see Daufuskie Island during the dolphin cruise if the conditions are right. There are some popular waterways near Daufuskie Island where dolphins frequently visit.

Hilton Head

We depart from Broad Creek Marina in the center of Hilton Head Island. Broad Creek is a hot spot for dolphin activity on Hilton Head.

This tour was amazing. We booked it the morning of, on a 4th of July for the 4pm time. To my surprise no one cancelled us, but actually Taylor showed up on time and took us on a wonderful tour, which was the highlight of our last min trip to Hilton Head. He was very knowledgeable and we saw lots of dolphins in their natural habitat, it was so beautiful. Would definitely recommend booking it.

Devon was fantastic!! Our 3 little girls were immediately put at ease by her openness and professionalism. She certainly knows the waterways in the area & we honestly saw more dolphins than we have ever seen on this type of tour.

This tour was incredibly fun! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the area and told us a lot about the history and current events of the area. He took us around to several different locations to view dolphins and we were able to see several in those different areas! The group size was great for a semi-private boating experience. Would definitely recommend!
