Booked this tour last minute because we were iffy about paying the extra money for the shuttle bus there. Definitely glad we went!! The bus picked us up promptly from our hotel and it was about a 25-30 min ride. The tour was amazing. We had Captain Jason and he was very knowledgable and funny. He kept our attention the whole time and knew the best places to go to see wildlife. We saw so many alligators, wild pigs, a bald eagle, deer swimming across the swamp, turtles, and so much more! The swamp is actually quite beautiful too. Would 100% recommend this tour!

Did the airboat tour and what a blast my wife and I had! Captain Chad was very informative and did a great job from start to finish! Captain Kelly and staff at the visitor center were very nice and accomodating! Saw about 14 alligators and lots of nutrea. Holding the baby alligator was really cool! Would definitely do again on our next trip to the area. Highly recommended!!

We purchased our tickets through Groupon and got a great deal. This tour was incredible!!!! It was a bit chilly, so check the weather forecast before you go, other than that... everything was perfection! It was very easy to get there from the french quarter, less than a half hour, there was plenty of free parking and bathrooms to use before we got on the boat. We had Jason as our tour guide, he was so knowledgeable, friendly and funny. It was winter time and cold so the gators weren't especially active, but we still got to see at least 5 of them on the tour, Jason knew exactly where to find them and how to point them out to us. He also clearly explained to us the difference between Gators and Crocodiles. We also saw turtles, a pig, an eagles nest and many different kinds of birds. We got to hold a turtle skull, alligator skull and even a baby gator. We will be talking about this tour for years.
