Our Tiki Boat will meet you at the Waterworks Park Boat Dock. Just south of Armature Works. Bring Your Own Drinks aboard and experience Tampa's Downtown Riverwalk, skyline, and local restaurant and bars from the water! The most fun and unique experience in Tampa Bay!

We had Matilda as our captain and she was awesome. The view and breeze was nice. It was very relaxing and fun. I would definitely try it again but next time at night.

Honestly. If you enjoy making plans and sticking to a schedule, this is the absolute WORST company to book with. I came to Tampa last weekend from New England for a Bachelorette party where we had the weekend booked out. We arrived in Tampa after a 45 minute Uber and hung around waiting for our 2:30pm cruise. Our bride actually booked the excursion and was looking forward to it all weekend. When it was 2:30pm, we walked onto the dock for the captain of one boat to inform us that our reservation had been cancelled. AT THE SAME TIME WE WERE SCHEDULED TO LEAVE. Sadly, we wasted hours of our already short trip to be completely disappointed by this company. We understand that mechanical malfunctions happen, but there's a reason good companies have total back up plans. ESPECIALLY, if you're going to advertise for larger groups and special occasions. Our bride to be was left in tears knowing this was one of the main events we planned to celebrate her and it was heartbreaking how little the employees sympathized with her. I would never recommend this company and am glad that next time I'm in FL I will not be wasting my time through them. Disgustingly horrible costumer service with almost no cares for the party whose day was completely ruined. Learn a lesson here... have a backup plan so you don't completely screw good people. Not everyone can be accommodated days later, have a plan for the same damn day.

We are very sorry we weren’t able to accommodate your cruise due to mechanical issues. We take maintenance and safety very serious, and while extremely rare, these are boats and occasionally mechanical issues can happen. Obviously we would prefer to have taken you out, but this was a last minute issue that forced us to close for repair and refunded you.

After reading the description and reviews of this trip, we thought this would be ideal for a fun way to see and learn something about Tampa since it was our first visit. The ‘Captain’ spent the entire trip on his phone only talking whenever asked a question. Not what we expected. If he had interacted with the passengers I think this could have been a 5 star trip.
