Excellent Tour! Chris was our tour guide and he was a wonderful tour guide. He has lived in Chinatown in NYC for many years and was in the city on 911. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the events of 911. He took us to locations at and around ground zero and explained their importance. He showed us photos taken on 911 and explained who the people were and what they did on this unprecedented day. He discussed the before, during and after events of 911. He was passionate about telling and showing us what happened in his city on that fateful day. He showed us things that I have never seen before on other 911 tours. This tour was exceptional. Chris did an outstanding job presenting the information and was personal and engaging with us. He also takes really great photographs! Thank you Chris for a wonderful tour. Much appreciated.

I was in charge of finding our tour for a group of friends, and I spent hours doing research and reading reviews. None of us were disappointed, in fact we were blown away! Andrew exceeded my expectations and the entire group was impressed. We saw him later in the day and wanted to invite him to join us for lunch (at O’Hara’s-which he works into the tour) but he was busy with his next group. He does a great job of giving an overview of the events of 9/11, adds in personal experiences, and shares about the recovery and rebuilding of the area. 2 hours went by in a flash. The museum was crowded - but I think it always is. The skip the line tickets were very nice.
