Initially we were unsure of booking a 2 hour tour and then to go round the 9/11 museum. Our guide (Andrew) was informative and explained how events unfolded. He gave personal accounts from the day itself and through these accounts, photos, plus walking around the site gave us as onlookers a greater understanding of what the NYFD NYPD were up against that day. At times it was upsetting to hear the staggering loss of life especially from the NYFD. It was a tour that then enhanced the 9/11 museum experience - harrowing but part of World history and something to not be forgotten. Highly recommend.

The walking tour with Andrew was excellent! Very knowledgeable tour guide. Entry into the museum went very smooth. Too many people in the museum to enjoy the exhibits and experience.
