Wasnā€™t thrilled with the tour. Though there was a few interesting facts during our tour, our tour guide Marcia kept going off topic. Our tour ran over by 30minutes which wasnā€™t a huge issue but everyone was hungry and standing around hearing about where she lived wasnā€™t what I paid for. There was a stop we made in front of wifi donuts to chat about a few things, might have been nice to spend a few minutes getting a donut and coffee (paid for by us) while we learned about the history of that particular area?? The extra time would have been better spent getting something to eat instead of the personal info we didnā€™t sign up for.

Dear Grayboy, Thank you for pointing out what you did not enjoy on the history tour with Marcia as it gives us an opportunity to improve. We have spoken to her about going over, time-wise and she will recommit to ending on time. We all strive to do this every day, and I'm sure when folks. are hungry it seems even longer. I hope you did enjoy the cookies she shared at the finish as we do like to end with a sweet treat. Glad you could join us.

We had a wonderful tour, received a great intro to the history and beauty of Portland. We were able to explore areas the public rarely gets to see. A lovely and informative way to begin our visit to this terrific city.

Russ was an excellent tour guide! We learned so many interesting facts about Portland and its colorful history! Stopped at the U.S. Customs House, the waterfront docks and many other landmarks throughout the city. Our tour was easy to walk and we covered 2 miles over the 2 1/2 hours. Russ also gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants and bars and other fun places to check out in Portland. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute!!
