Amazing tour. Tour guide was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did we learn about Portland, but we received many personal and highly recommended restaurants/pubs to dine at. Definitely would recommend this to anyone, especially new comers to the area.

Enjoyed learning the history of the Old Town area of Portland. Mike was knowledgable and relayed information that was relevant to not only the beginnings of Portland but to current times as well.

To long would be a good idea to stop along the way for water or rest. Not all facts were accurate. More talk about history less about promoting local restaurants

David, Thanks for joining us today. We are sorry you were disappointed, but just to be clear, you signed up for a history tour and not our culinary tour. We are not sure why you are writing that any facts were inaccurate, although your tour guide reported that he was making a few jokes that were missed by some guests today! I wonder if he was joking when you felt something was inaccurate. All guides have been trained and are well versed on Portland social, cultural and maritime history. It also appears that your tour ran a bit long with your guide finishing in 2.45 hours while the tour is advertised to run 2-2.5, so we apologize for that. Sorry you were not pleased today.
