Mike took to his new home in a big way and it shows between being a history guide, red claws usher, on the board of directors and a docent for one of our historical landmarks...to name a few. This is is retirement, ha! Mike will be as happy as we are to hear you enjoyed your Walk Through Time history tour. Thanks for sharing!

Mike was a magnificent tour guide very entertaining, knowledgeable and informative. We really enjoyed this two plus hour walking history tour through Downtown Portland and surrounding neighborhoods. Along the way we discovered some shops to visit and got recommendations for good restaurants. We ended our tour with a special treat at a local bakery. Mike then invited all that were interested to join him at a favorite craft beer bar. This was a great way to learn about Portland's history and discover more places to visit on our vacation. We highly recommend Mike and this walking history tour. It's a great value and well worth the time for all you history buffs.

Mike was originally one of our food tour guides and we had to constantly remind him that it was a food tour with history, not a history tour with food =) This ultimately led to him spearheading a history-centric tour with a nod to food, ha! His food tour guide days still help him share that additional expertise with his guests. So happy to hear you enjoyed a Walk Through Time and your recommend is appreciated.
