This was our second time with OAAP, and we loved it again. We had our kids (11 and 13), and they both had a great time. Dory (sp?) was wonderful! She made us all feel very comfortable and was there to answer any questions we had. All of the workers we came into contact with were so friendly! We will be back next summer!

We had a great time. The staff was great with my 3 kids, all under 12. Only wish they had a longer Zipline.

Staff was nice but they force the whole group to stay on lower level for the first 30 minutes. Bad very slow start. We wanted to mainly do the upper level. No reason to do this. Complained to staff and got up after only 20 minutes.

Hi 18petee, I totally understand your frustration with having to stay on the lower level for the first portion of your visit. However, unfortunately covid is still a real and present danger. A part of our management of it is trying to keep our levels to certain visitor numbers to avoid overcrowded situations on our course. To do that, when you first go up, instead of having a free for all, we keep our guests on the lower level for the first 20-30 minutes. When you rotate up to the next level, the guests on that level have essentially come to the end of their reservation and go down to the ground. If we let our guests go wherever they want on our course whenever they want, the situation ends up a bit chaotic where you are frequently finding yourself elbow to elbow with people you do not know. We want to protect our visitors and the visitor experience, this is the reason for our time frame on rotations. We understand that not all of our guests will appreciate the details of how we try to protect everyone, not just from close exposure to people not in their household from covid, but also from having a free for all experience that can become overly busy.
