Museum of Illusions is an impressive destination where illusions can be optical, photographic or interactive:

Optical: bewildering images that play tricks on you, confusing your eyes and brain. These visual illusions are just a reminder that our senses are imperfect and our perception of the world is often distorted.

Photographic: illusions that can confuse your mind and create false perception and can be seen only through photos or pictures that visitor can take with his camera.

Interactive: illusions that can have the size of a “room” and can blow your mind. Visitors can enter, be part and interact with the exhibits.

We had a great time on an afternoon where we had no idea what we were going to do and Mike was so helpful getting us set up for the upside down lifeguard shack and the climbing wall The picture of my grandmother holding my mom over the edge of a rock wall we'll definitely be around for years to come!!!

This is a great local find. We spent about 2 hours in here taking lots of photos. Going as a couple was fun but that meant we had to ask staff and other guests to take several pics. If you go with more people you can rotate who holds the camera. Most of the illusions are very instagram worthy. Pro tip: it’s cheaper to buy tickets online than in person.

We had a lot of fun. I wish there were even more illusions but it was good for the price. We went on a Wednesday and The only thing me and my group didn’t like is how many people they let in at once. It got quite crowded where people were waiting on us to finish getting our pictures so we would feel rushed. It would have been much more enjoyable if we could take our time going through. I believe they were letting more groups in every 15 mins so everyone started piling up on a single illusion. Overall it was a lot of fun and I would definitely go back.
