The staff was very nice, however we did not receive blankets or gift or a verbal tour guide as stated in the descriptions. Very disappointing

A complete waste of money. It rained heavily, we all got soaked. Traffic was horrible. ride basically went in a circle and back to where it started. Nothing was the highlight, No guide. I would even like my money refunded as persons boarded the bus from the street and paid lesser price.

I booked the Chridtmas Holiday Lights NYC Sightseeing tours with Gift. The ititinerary did not match what is described in TripAdvisor. Tge actual company was Ivonic NYC tours. I was njured when I was thrown from.the last seat of the bus, 4 rows ahead, becaus of the drivers erratic driving. I was refused an accident report at least 6 other passengers witnessed it and had to yell for tge bus to stop n so they could get me off the floor and into my seat. I felt sorry for the employees because they were making the best they could out of a bogus advertised itinerary.
