So first off it’s in the middle of the mall and you could literally watch the entire show for free on the second level (many people did this). The food was ok and pretty salty. On the other hand, I liked the interactive nature of it and the host and staff were extremely friendly. It was in a convenient location. Overall, It was a nice cultural experience but the venue significantly cheapened it

It took us a minute to find the place because we thought it was at a hotel on the beach only to realize that it was at a mall. It didn’t feel authentic at all surrounded by a partition where anyone on the second or third level could look down and see what we paid money to see made us feel cheated. We based picking this Luau based on all the pictures we seen on your website for my birthday experience in Hawaii and it did not deliver for us and for the price!
