Open bar, all you can eat!! Live entertainment was amazing. Fire dancers were awesome. Hula dancers were berg good too.

First of all, very limited parking. You can’t park at the Royal Kona unless you’re a guest. Then, you’re crammed into a crowded area where all you can really do is sit. There’s nothing to do or see anyway. Drinks were abundant, but weak and sloppily prepared. No imu ceremony that I ever saw, nor a lei workshop. Food was mediocre - the meats were pretty tasty though. Show was good introduction to Hawaiian and Polynesian culture. Everyone ought to do a luau at least once in Hawaii, but I’d find a better one than this!

It is NOT worth the money. I wouldn’t even pay $40 for this. The food was mediocre, you can’t see the stage unless you’re in VIP and the “two free mai tai’s” come in an airplane size water cup.
