What To Expect

Arkansas River Tours

You will arrive are out Canon City location, check in with our friendly reservation staff, meet your guide for the day, be outfitted with necessary rafting gear, go through an in depth safety orientation and then hop on a van or bus for a short 5-10 min ride to the river put in

Royal Gorge Bridge and Park

Once you arrive at the river you will be given specific instructions by your guide and then hit the river for an amazing adventure. You will float through the world famous Royal Gorge! Amazing views of the Royal Gorge Bridge and amazing whitewater on this trip. This is the premiere trip on the Arkansas River!

Six friends got together for our 50th birthday in Colorado Spring. This year was special since some of us was getting together after 30 years! Kyle was a great guide with wonderful sense of humor. We had a blast on half day rafting on level IV and V. We learned how to paddle properly and enjoy the entire route. The entire staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for rafting.

Milly was fantantic. She is very knowledgeable about the best route on the river through the challenges of the technical parts. She is very thoughtful and patient with her rookie paddlers. She deserves a big raise and a big hug..

The guide, Ethan, was awesome. The 2nd half (PM) of the trip was pretty intense, but thrilling. We got dumped out of the boat, but thanks to the safety meeting at the beginning, and the quick response of everyone involved, we all made it back to the boat with barely a scratch. Quite a life experience. Definitely will be returning!
