We came out here from the other coast of Florida for a family vacation. We went to the park on July 2. First into the park. We bought a fun card to visit two parks for $95, and purchased quick queue pass for $20 each online. Parking was $25. Well worth every penny. You have a separate entrance and get to enter the queue immediately. The upgrades are more expensive at the park. You can bring in (I think clear) water bottles, and snack. Maybe repacked food in your backpack. No coolers. We brought in water bottles, and just bought the food, which has been the same at all parks. Fried, and less than mediocre food, and expensive. The park is small, older, but still so much fun. We love water parks so it's hard not to like it, but if you have been to other newer and bigger ones, you will be disappointed. Overall, it was a fun day! It rained around 3. Make sure to find chairs with a big umbrella so you wait out the rain if you decide to stay. A lot of people leave after the first rain.

My family and I are 2nd time season pass holders and called to see how we obtain a ticket for my sister in law and 4 year old when they come and visit July 5th -7th, we have never used the 50% off or claims our free tickets that we were told we get along with each pass, so I call to find out how to get them and I am td black out dates are July 3rd till end of September. Not only is this disappointing but we were TOLD that their were no blackout dates. Not only that but a 4yr old is the same price as an adult ages 3 to 99! Absolutely money hungry and ungrateful for a paying customer was very clear when I spoke to CHEVAUGHN 9151 who was supervisor on duty he sis not care if we do not return as a customer and he had no empathy or anything, he tells me no manager will speak to anyone that he was the highest in command to talk to, all aroun overpriced, and clearly 2 customers well 4 mean nothing, it is sad the way they treat their customers

Nothing in comparison with Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon from Disney. Long lines, bad food, and expensive
