We purchased a walking adventure beginning at 10am on a Wednesday, and didn't receive the promised email with the details to being our walk. Instead, we spent close to the next hour on the phone with customer service personnel from Trip Advisor, Crazy Dash, and Viatour (?), who I believe is their third party company. It was the first item on our itinerary after we picked up our friends at the airport, and started things off with a lot of frustration. After we had given up on it, the email came in an hour and a half after the walk was to have begun. The only reason it didn't just get one star was that the TripAdvisor liaison was really great at trying his best to help.
