The most memorable part of the tour was when I found out the African American Museum AAM was not open. My sister and I spent hundreds on flights and hotel in order to visit the AAM. No one at Viator ever told us the AAM was closed. In fact the tour advertisement mislead us to believe we were going to enter the site from a special entrance. Instead we were taken on a driving tour of all the outdoor monuments that we had seen the day before on the Cherry Blossom tour. I feel we tricked into getting to DC and then being left with no alternative, given a 50% refund to satisfy the false advertisement. To compensate for our expense and disappointment Viator should give us a free tour of AAM and fund half of our flight and hotel expenses to visit the AAM. On a positive note the tour guides were excellent. Jack Robinson

The four of us had the best time on our tour with Nick! Due to covid closures of certain sites, we knew there would be some aspects of the experience that we would miss. So Nick went above and beyond to make up for it! His knowledge was truly encyclopedic and his jokes were a huge hit. We’re still quoting him! Thanks for making our tour a highlight of our trip to DC!
