The actual tour was ok. The tour guide was not great and he did not entertain questions. We went on the tour to get the reservation for the museum. The museum was GREAT. That experience made the tour tolerable.

The tour bus was on time and very well air conditioned. The Guide was knowledgeable and provided information integral to the theme of the tour. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to learn about the impact African Americans had on the development of this great country.

I, LOVE Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., what he fought and believed in justice and equality for all. I have tried for a long time to get to the monument dedicated to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., only to find the horrid conditions surrounding his memorial. It was bitter-sweet for me because I was more than elated to finally make it to the monument. Unfortunately, the grounds of the memorial was littered with empty water bottles, paper, and any other unnecessary debris. Also, the landscape was over grown and flatten as if it had been trampled on constantly in contrast to the other memorials. Overall, my journey was not in vain because it was worth it when I saw Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Monument and how it represents equality and justice for all.
