Dre our tour guide was very cool and intellectual. The tour was very informative. I thought the tour would be long but time went by pretty quickly. I believe we were done in about 3.5 hours then we were dropped off at the African American museum to explore at our own leisure. Make sure to dress for the weather. You will be getting in and out of the bus. The bus was very clean and comfortable. The driver provided us with a pleasant ride. There were restrooms at a couple of the spots we stopped at. I packed some snacks and water to eat and drink during the tour. I was starving by the time the tour ended but was relieved to find out the African American museum has a Café. They serve soul food, dessert, sandwiches, salads and drinks. I enjoyed the fried chicken, yams, and mac and cheese. I really enjoyed this tour! I highly recommend it. Just make sure to get a full night's rest the day before the tour so that you will be ready to walk during the tour and at the museum.
