Every stop has been fully researched at the historic society, so we debunk urban myths and tell the TRUE stories of what really happened. Stops on this tour include 7 Aviles Street (which has been featured on the hit television show My Ghost Story: Caught on Camera), the Castillo de San Marcos, Tolomato Cemetery, Huguenot Cemetery, and Casa de Suenos (a former Funeral home that was converted into a Bed and Breakfast).

What To Expect

Afterlife Tours

Castillo de San Marcos National Monument

We walk outside the old fort walls and tell of it's tragic history. We also present paranormal evidence that we captured during our investigation there.

Huguenot Cemetery

We stop here outside the cemetery gates and tell of it's haunted history as well as the paranormal occurrences there concerning the ghost of Judge Stickney. We also present paranormal evidence that we captured during our investigation there.

Antiques and Uniques Collectibles

We stop the old building that was formerly Antiques and Uniques. The hauntings here were featured on the national television show My Ghost Story: Caught on Camera.

I have taken a couple of the "ghost" tours from other organizations in St. Augustine, and this, by far, was the best and most serious and legitimate. It was led by a guy who actively does paranormal research in the St. Augustine area as well as in other locations throughout the country. He provided me with a thorough history of the sites we visited, and described personal and reported paranormal experiences of these locations, which were likely a result of the turbulent history. I listened to some of the previously-recorded paranormal activity of these sites and viewed brief videos of paranormal encounters on his laptop. My guide was not a theatrical "performer" catering to tourists and children as is common with several of the other St. Augustine companies and tour guides. Instead, he focused on the history and the recorded paranormal research of the sites while taking me to the areas evidenced to be paranormal hot spots. No histrionics, no costumes, no fake drama, no comedy, no acting. It worked out that I was the only person with the guide, which was a huge bonus. For those who want a paranormal tour company that doesn't thrive on theatrics and catering to casual tourists, this company is for you. I plan to return to St. Augustine next year specifically to capture images, and will definitely book with Afterlife to show me areas I can further explore. I can't recommend this group highly enough.

We really are glad we booked this 8 PM tour, our guide Eric was full of interesting stories about the history of St Augustine. He took us to places where he had photos and audio of real ghosts, during the hour and a half walking tour. I would highly recommend taking this tour if you are interested in the real deal.

This tour gave my family what we were looking for. Eric was knowledgeable on the history of St Augustine as well as separating truth from fiction pertaining to local legends. Walking the city with someone who investigated each location and had real evidence was better than just hearing embellished ghost stories. I would highly recommend this tour.
