This 90-minute narrated harbor cruise of Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay will have you cruising in comfort as you enjoy a scenic tour of Newport and Jamestown. Guests of the morning cruise enjoy a complimentary mimosa, fresh-brewed coffee or juice. Afternoon cruisers are offered a complimentary Rhode Island specialty: Del's lemonade or a coffee "cabinet" shake. A cash bar with a selection of wine, beer, and signature cocktails is available on board.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Strollers and care seats are not allowed on board, but can be stored in the ticket booth.
Wheelchair access down the dock to the boat, must be able to manage 3 steps to get on and off the boat. Wheelchair cannot come aboard, it can be stored in the ticket booth. Please advise if assistance is needed.

For your safety please wear soft soled shoes. No heels allowed
Minimum drinking age is 21 years old
All passengers are required to be checked in at the ticket booth 20-25 minutes prior to departure time to receive a boarding pass.

My wife and thoroughly enjoyed our morning Gansett Cruise during our recent trip to Newport. Delightful crew,, fun facts and history of Newport and a refreshing dark and stormy cocktail made this a wonderful experience. Don't bother with any other tours...just book with Gansett and enjoy!

I have taken this ride before with other visiting friends/relatives. For this trip it was a wonderful day on the water with relatives visiting from the UK...not to mention it was my dog's first boat ride. The weather was perfect and the stories told by the tour guide were both interesting and amusing (if not somewhat corny). Newport looks SO lovely from the water and the trip helps to put into perspective how huge the harbor is and what an interesting history surrounds us. It's a great way to see Newport and one of few things to do in the area that is dog VERY friendly. He LOVED it! Each passenger is offered a Rhode Island treat during the tour...a Del's Lemonade or a Coffee Cab. Clever idea... and it adds to demonstrating the overall uniqueness of Rhode Island and this tour. I live here and I really love this trip.

We loved this cruise. We had a great time on the boat, slowly touring the harbor and looking at Newport from the water. Best part are the beverages, and they let our dog come on board. Such a fun afternoon!!!
