Overview

Take a 2.0 hour sailing cruise on a Sparkman and Stephens Sailing Yacht. With your small-group, engage on this classic 42 ft yacht, that accommodates a 6 passenger maximum for an intimate cruise through the waters of Wrightsville Beach. This tour is a spectacular way to see the waterways, barrier islands, and marine life surrounding Wrightsville Beach in North Carolina. Please note, beginning November 8, 2018 our Sunset Cruise will depart at 3:00 pm. Sunset Cruise guests should arrive at least 10 minutes early.

What To Expect

Myrtle Grove

Scenic waterway tour along the southern portion of island, Masonboro Inlet, and interior portions of Masonboro Island. We sail along the Intracoastal Waterway to Motts Channel near the Wrightsville Beach draw bridge.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Captain Jim was a fabulous host, a great communicator, and very knowledgeable about sailing and the Wrightsville Beach area. We felt that our safety was his #1 priority and was very willing to assist elderly passengers get on and off the boat. He was fun, flexible, and wanted to make sure that our sail with him was a positive experience. We highly recommend his cruise tour and will definitely go out for another sail with him. It was a lot of fun and a great way to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Thanks for a great time!

We had a beautiful afternoon of sailing up and Masonboro Island and off of Wrightsville Beach with Captain Jim. He was a wealth of information about the local bird life, flora and fauna, and cultural history. The boat is large, well equipped, comfortable, and stable. We went midweek, so there was little other boat traffic. This is a great way to see this lovely corner of North Carolina. Highly recommended!!
