The people and ride was very nice. But on the other hand when I tried to get my accidental bookings canceled so I could get my money back, I had problems. Y’all tried to say that I went on two airboats rides at 2 o’clock on Sunday the 25th. And then tried to say that y’all couldn’t find my name in y’all’s system when I called y’all couple days ago. Long story short the service I got from y’all was terrible, I’m still missing a good chunk of money and also y’all told me that someone would contact me and never did and Jordan told me he emailed them my cancellations on the 25th and that I shouldn’t have to worry. Well I’m just disappointed at this point that I’ve stopped trying to contact y’all bc I feel like I’m not getting the service I deserve. I realize it’s my fault but I should have got my money by now.
