Boat was canceled an hour before we were scheduled to go.. then told we could come the next day at 11am…. We were leaving this day so we just said ok we could do it on the way out. THEN we were told it would be 12pm… I call the confirm we ARE on for 12, and guess what?? We had to wait until the 3pm tour, we have a 8 hour drive home, we couldn’t possibly do that late of a tour… can’t get refunded because we used Viator, and they say 24 hours before my tour for a refund, I had all intentions on going to my ORIGINAL booked tour - out of my control that we couldn’t go on our date planned.

We were initially scheduled for 12 PM tour. Mary texted me at 10.31 AM saying if we can make it at 11 AM and she would tell the captain to wait. We were there at 11.02. The boat had left. It was an unprofessional thing to do by the trip organizers.
