They kept rescheduling due to the weather. I didn't understand because no other boat places cancelled our reservations.

Super horrible experience after driving an hour for the appointment they texted me three minutes before I arrive to tell me they’re canceling due to mechanical issues. I arrive at the location and there was no one to attend me, no one answered the phone or returns my emails. Trip advisor has literally ruined my vacations in Panama City and hasn’t even given Me my refund hands down will never be using this company or let alone trip advisor for they’re horrible service…
