Found this service great very easy but we found the driver not very friendly he did not speak to us nor even get out of the car to help us.

Very professional, thoroughly enjoyable experience! We had to change our departure time the night before, this was handled without the raise of an eyebrow, thanks for making Big Apple memories!

Unfortunately this transfer did not live up to the Viator reputation. The driver was on Braodway to pick us up rather than in the hotel pickup area. After about 10 mins mucking around on the street the driver finally jambed all our bags into the trunk and we had to ride with all our hand luggage and back packs to JFK in the car. The car itself was shabby, scratched paintwork and instruments missing from the dash which left holes in the dash. When we arrived at JFK he then requested a further $30 cash for our extra(4th) piece of luggage. Very dissappointing. :(
