We arrived in Honolulu at the best time ever! Exactly when the fireworks started on 12-31 on our drive to the hotel. What a way to bring in the New Year!!! Mahola. Our return driver was a wonderful and gracious host. I highly recommend this shuttle service for all visitors. Thank you so much for such a fun and enjoyable experience. Bless you.

I purchased a RT ticket for 2 for a shuttle ride from the Honolulu airport to our Waikiki hotel. There was a bit of confusion as to which shuttle would be taking us but once we found the right one, we waited a little more for a family that would also be using the same shuttle. Nevertheless, our driver was helpful with our bags, courteous and safely drove us to our hotel. He was efficient and dropped us off to the correct hotel. After our week stay, we had a few flight delays for our departure and opted on another route for return. Viator was understanding and allowed us to cancel upon request. They issued a refund for 1/2 the cost of the original total fare. I strongly recommend them as an option to use for your shuttle or transport needs. They offer is a very good value and there are no hassles in the event of changes to your itinerary.
