The shuttle never came and picked me up. Waited over 1.5 hours for the pick up that never showed up. Talked to the agent 3 times before finally cancelling the pick up. Had to pay for a taxi after having paid for this service, hopefully I will get all of my money back. The only excuse they gave me was that they were busy. After 1.5 hrs. of waiting at the airport the agent said sorry but it could be 2 more hrs. of waiting, that's when I canceled, very upset and tired of standing around at the airport. Will never use this shuttle service again!

Way far beyond my expectation. On time. Courteous. Very Knowledgeable. Pleasant. Very very exceptional service. Even the office always answered phone when I called.

Our driver was so friendly and knowledgeable! It was like a mini Island tour to our hotel! We had to wait a little while, but that was the airline's fault.
