Had to wait for 2 hours for the shuttle. Terrible service and no apology. Totally disorganised. Would not use again. Very disappointing for our first visit to the island.

Staff were very rude on arriva transfer, no one to meet you at the terminal to help with luggage as advised, dropped is off at the wrong hotel despite us advising the correct hotel. Called to reconfirm transfer him and staff were rude on the phone, tried to ensure we would be picked up at our hotel but we were told no, we had to walk with all our luggage to the same hotel we were dropped off at, then we were hung up on when trying to question it. Only polite person we met from this company was our transfer driver back to the airport - he was very polite and helpf

We had shuttle service to and from the airport booked. From the airport the shuttle was over 30 mins late and then stopped to pick up other people from another terminal. After that we got detoured to the cruise terminal before getting to our hotel some 1.5 hours after picking up our bags! We are now waiting for an 8.45am shuttle which is 20 mins late. One thing I do expect is that a transportation company is on time and VIP Transportation is clearly not very good at this aspect of their service!
