Shuttle from airport to hotel was disappointing because the driver was one hour late. We were told that they had to call for a driver since they were short staffed. The greeter at the airport was there to greet us at the baggage claim and that was good.

We gave 3 stars because the driver from hotel to cruise pier was on time and get us there in a timely manner.
