Waited quite some time for our transfer from the airport, then transfer back to the airport was VERY late. Had to call. Van had no step up to assist you. When we got in we had to manoeuvre around a seatbelt to get to our seat. The driver did not drop us at the International door or even tell us which way to go. Very dissapointing!

After meeting our VIP person at the airport, we spent about 30-45 minutes outside waiting for a van. Our point person did not give us updates or any explanations, we were just told to wait. An explanation and apology would have been awesome. Pick up to the airport was better. The driver was on time, and was extremely kind and happy to discuss the area with me.
